First time coming to this store to find water trough...we didn't know where this would be but Devin was amazing he helped us out right away! He even took us to the back to show us the different sizes, as well as helped us get it into our Corolla the gentleman at the register Christian was professional and helpful honored a military discount for my husband. Amazing location and helpful, friendly and professional employees!

Do not go here to use the dog wash station. This was our second time to come to this location to utilize the dog wash room. The first time was the opening week and it was wonderful. The second time was this past Thursday evening. The room was trashed and not cleaned at all. I was taking two dogs to be washed and dried and expected the same quality that we had gotten the first week it was open. Tractor supply has a set of moves and procedures for employees to follow which are posted in the room for employees to check off. the procedures were clearly noted and the room was definitely not clean in between the different clients that had been in there. In order to use one of the tubs we had to clean out massive amounts of hair that had poop that was tangled up in it still in the tub. The tubs were definitely not disinfected in between the dogs or even rinsed out going beyond that there were towels that were just randomly thrown around the room all nasty and mildew filled. The shampoo and conditioners were just about out and left in shambles. Brushes and combs still had dog hair in them and we’re just randomly scattered around the room. The floor had mud trapped all over it, and the benches to pull out for the dog baths were covered in hair and would not walk in place for the safety of the dogs, my husband had to attempt to unclog one of the dog baths that would refuse to drain and just kept filling up the tub. He didn’t have any luck, so we ended up using one dog bath and rotating dogs instead of having two functional dog baths. The drains in the room all drain to one hole and get the shoes of the person in front of that tub wet. This was absolutely an unacceptable experience at this location started out as a great thing has turned into a a big mess. I included photos that were taken before my husband and I had to clean the room up and disinfectant so it would be safe for our dogs to utilize. When I went out before cleaning the room and asked the person at the front desk about the room was supposed to be cleaned in between her response was they were busy and didn’t have people to staff it and they were four dogs before us. I have no problem with four dogs going before us, but please follow the procedures that are posted for employees to handle for the safety of dogs and if the room can’t be handled and shut the room down, so the other dogs can still be safe and not have a bad experience. In the photos, you will see dirty towels, the tub after we got it to kind of start draining the other tub was absolutely useless to unplug nothing was coming out of it, all of the tools still with her in them the amount of hair left in those tubs, and the poop hair filled tub. Just to state, I have one dog with short, black hair and another dog who is a non-shedding golden doodle. The hair in these tubs was absolutely not theirs. I also want to add that I spoke to the manager and he let me know everything in this post before it was posted.

I hate to give bad reviews. I always come to this store to buy my chickens feed and this lady is not the first time...To start she didn't welcomed me when i walk in, i did, but she didn't respond. When i get to the cashier she was telling me not to touch the credit card swipe thing. I told her i was putting my phone number since i am a reward member.... she and her nasty look... I just want to take out her hat and jump on her. She is so rude....old lady and mean ugly face. God hold me in your hands and dont let me do it please. I never had any bad experience in this store for years. Its only her! She needs to be in a nasty job just like her....this job doesnt fit her and the Company name.

Came to tractor supply for a dog cage wasn’t in my plan just thought to pull over and look, (honestly my first time in a tractor supply) seen a cage that I liked but it was up too high for be to get, I had go ask for help and a good man named Steve came to help me, he was friendly and helped me with no problem after seeing that the box was kinda damaged he even reduced the price down. I’m so grateful and thankful for Steve and thought he deserved the recognition.
